Handcrafted by Massimo Lures, the Bubble Pencil floating lure is designed to hold in the roughest of conditions and from height (suitable for both boat and land based topwater fishing).
The Bubble Pencil series has an intentional small cup to create many bubbles with a diving and side to side action when worked by the angler (diving bubble trail with a rod sweep, wobble side to side on retrieve, "S" dive with rod sweep).
