The Hiramasa Tune was created by applying cutting-edge coating technology to the already proven and trusted Varivas SMP.

Improved STC-W Coating
Smooth-Tech Coating has been improved and modified to be applied on PE lines. Combined with the resin coating, color loss has been reduced, and the line is protected from wind knots and tangles caused by rod guides.

Increased Coating Durability
Long-lasting protection from saltwater damage, wear and stickiness. Also, reduces colour loss and presents the line from flussing.

Improved Casting "Feel" & Distance
The release will be must smoother and casting distance will increase as the friction between rod and line are reduced as a result of adding dual slickness.
